Music to accompany Reiki, meditation, or yoga is very individual in nature.  Each person has different sounds that resonate within.  Some find long single track instrumentals to work best.  Others prefer the sounds of vocals.  And others may prefer sounds of nature.  Because the process of choosing music like this is so individualized, it’s impossible to say what it best.

I believe it’s important to let your feelings guide you as you select your music.  I had initially considered including ratings for these albums, but after reviewing a number of albums, I found that my preferences differed from the ratings I found elsewhere.  This is because of the individual nature of Reiki, meditation, and yoga music.
